Mediation Services

We provide professional consultation services to people of faith who face religious discrimination in the workplace. We offer workplace mediation between employee and employer, as well as some direct legal assistance when necessary. We also supply assistance to those who need help interfacing with immigration officials, schools, prison officials, and other entities because of religious liberty issues. Job search information is also made available to help people of faith minimize their risk of religious discrimination in the future.

General Guidelines

Conduct yourself as a model employee and a consistent Christian:
Be a cooperative, team player; don’t be defensive.
Be a person of integrity whose life reflects his / her values.

At every step make detailed notes of:
Places / Dates / Times of meetings / Conversations / Incidents that take place
When using the resources we provide:
Read the Frequently Asked Questions.
Do not change the letter templates except as directed—the words in red.
Call us if the letter doesn’t seem to fit the situation.
Call us again if the letter isn’t effective the first time.
